Gentle Movement Retreat
For 4 days and 3 nights come join us in the mountains of Asheville as we breathe, hike, move, and journal as we connect to our bodies, our community, and our surroundings.
We will slow down. Pause. Consciously breathe. Feel our skin and move in ways that are not just routinized but are instead endlessly authentic. These embodied practices will help you stay present internally while experiencing life. This type of movement helps you stay connected to what is true in your mind and heart. Allowing you to fully feel.
This retreat is for anyone who wants to explore their body-mind-heart relationship through breath, journaling, and movement. We will breathe, move, and learn how to normalize movement as our way to accept, express, and release our daily stressors and emotions.
We will provide somatic (body-based) experiences and dance practices rooted in guided free movement to help you arrive home in your body and tap into its innate pathways for healing.
This retreat has a special focus on exploring the emotions living in your body to ease stress, reduce anxiety and bridge the gap between your mind, your body, and your emotions in an embodied way. For 4 days and 3 nights explore your body-mind-heart relationship in the Blue Ridge mountains, as we cover your meals, lodging, and activities.
