The Lenae Release Method is the technique that we use in our classes to guide participants through releasing emotions stored in their body to help reduce stress and anxieties and improve their well-being.
Through these online and in-person trainings you will have the knowledge to independently teach the Lenae Release Method (LRM) to your clients and will be able to fully guide your clients through the emotion release technique. A Certified LRM provider will not be certified to teach in-depth theory of the method but will focus on how to support the client through the emotion release process.
Our movement styles are not focused on dance technique but rather on expression of the self and the emotions within the self. Adults and children who have gone through our classes and workshops report that they feel calmer, more confident moving and engaging with their bodies, and lighter from releasing their emotions.
The Lenae Release Method - Professionals
This is a 10 hour certification of in-person and online trainings for professionals to become a certified provider.
A Lenae Release Method provider will be able to independently teach the Lenae Release Method (LRM) to their clients and will be able to fully guide their clients through the emotion release process. A Certified LRM provider will not be certified to teach in-depth theory of the method but will focus on how to support their clients through the emotion release process.
The Lenae Release Method - Kids
This is an online curriculum that parents, teachers, and others in the childcare industry can use to help their group of kids move their emotions through and out of the body. This method teaches kids an alternate way to express tantrums, anger, frustrations, anxieties, and stress.
Through the Lenae Release Method millions will be equipped to lead people through a movement practice to help people accept their emotions, express these emotions through movement, to release them from the self.
