About the event
For 6 weeks, we will be diving into the emotions our postpartum bodies hold. Through a mix of dance, stretching, journaling, conversation, and creative expression, we will invite our feelings to surface. This process will enable us to acknowledge and embrace these emotions, allowing for their release and ultimately leading to a greater sense of well-being.
