Going back to school for kids can bring about a lot of different emotions. Come release those back-to-school jitters through movement!

Are your kids starting a new grade? Switching schools? Excited to return to school to see their friends or teachers?
Going back to school for kids can bring about a lot of different emotions. Some kids feel very excited to go back to school, and others can feel scared and anxious to return. Both of these emotions around school are normal and are a part of the body's natural way of processing the next change that will occur.
Give your kids an outlet to move these emotions of anxiety and excitement through the body and out of the body as we stomp, wiggle, move, and release.
In this 1-hour workshop, we will talk about the emotions, anxiety and excitement, and teach kids how to identify these emotions in the body, learn how to move through these emotions in the body, and then release these emotions through our group dance practice.
We will laugh, discuss, breathe, and learn how to release these big emotions through the body and out of the body right before school starts.
