Service Description

This introductory course will help you begin the process of moving and learning new techniques to engage with mind-body-heart relationship. Through this class you will be guided through dance and movement styles that you can use to move away from “stressing about things” and instead practice movements that help relieve stress and encourage your well-being. In this course we will slow down. Pause. Consciously breathe. Feel our skin and move in ways that are not just routinized but are instead endlessly authentic.
