About the event
Are you experiencing a disconnection from the self, a scattered brain, or forgetfulness after having a child? If so, you may be experiencing Mom brain.Â
Mom brain is often the feeling some experience during pregnancy or post the birth of a child where they feel the effects of the brain adjusting to motherhood. But while this process may be scientifically normal, it may feel scarey and overwhelming. Through our Mom Brain Release workshop, we will move the body to explore our body-mind-heart relationship to help our brains and our bodies reconnect.Â
In this 1 hour workshop, we will breathe, move, journal, and discuss as we slow down and move in ways that are not routinized but are endlessly authentic.Â
Through movement, we can help the brain and body connect as we explore our S.A.F.E. movement practice and Sensory practice as we learn how to release Mom Brain from the body.
